Our client initially engaged an architect to design and detail their new dream home. The clients approached a number of builders to quote the project and all pricing exceeded expectations. With our network of resources and consent of the architect, we were able to modify the original structural design of the home and substitute some inclusions to meet their budget. This was achieved without compromising the overall quality of finish, or reducing the original floor plan size. With our assistance, the clients’ were able to engage a quality builder who constructed this magnificent Knockdown Rebuild home within their budget expectations – and the result speaks for itself.
